• Ralson Bag Closer D model is a singlethread, single needle chain stitch portable bag closing machine.
• It is not equipped with the lubrication system and pump , hence all the vital moving parts should be lubricated by the user at the point itself.
• It is mainly used in agricultural or industrial purposes for sewing all types of bags like paper , jute, textile or polybags, cotton, burlap, PP/PE, HDPE etc.
• The Machine is capable of withstanding vigorous production environments and operating conditions like food grain production houses, chemical or fertilizer facories etc.
• Also the machine is quite silent in nature, thanks to its high grade wear resistant nylon cam.
• The machine comes attached with a high quality ralson motor with a 15mm toothed belt for superior performance.
• Once the bag is closed the thread can be cut easily with the mechanical cutter attached.
